She obtained her MBBS and DGO (post-graduation in obstetrics and gynecology) degrees from Aligarh Muslim University in 2000 and 2003, respectively.
In 2015, she completed a fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery.
Dr. Sharma has worked at several prestigious healthcare institutions, including Gwalior Cancer Hospital, Artemis Health Institute, Max Hospital Gurgaon, Cloudnine Hospitals, and Cradle Hospital Gurgaon.
She received specialized training in gynae cancer surgeries at Gwalior Cancer Hospital and Research Institute and in advanced gynae endoscopy surgeries at World Laparoscopy Hospital Gurgaon, the first of its kind in Asia.
Dr. Sharma’s expertise covers various aspects, including high-risk pregnancies, operative obstetrics, advanced gynaecological procedures, hysteroscopic procedures, and female cancer screening.

Dr. Sharma holds the title of Fellow of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (FMAS) and is a life member of professional organizations such as The Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), Association of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Delhi (AOGD), Indian Fertility Society, Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI), Delhi Medical Association, and AOGD: Association of Gynaecologist of Delhi.
She has received several honors and awards for her contributions to the field, including a Special Appreciation Award from Max Healthcare Limited.
