Since 2009, she has been serving as the Head of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Artemis Hospitals. Prior to this, she was associated with Max Super Specialty Hospital, Saket, New Delhi, for more than four years.

Dr. Sehgal completed her post-graduation in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, followed by over three years of Senior Residency at DDU Hospital, New Delhi. She has been honored with the prestigious Membership of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS) and has undergone specialized training in advanced gynecological laparoscopy in Cochin, Kerala. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (FMAS).

Her expertise spans infertility treatments, menopause management, operative obstetrics, and advanced gynecological laparoscopic procedures. With a broad range of experience in diverse gynecological procedures, Dr. Sehgal is recognized as a leader in her field.

Dr. Sehgal has also been actively involved in quality accreditation initiatives (NABH/JCI) for hospitals and is an expert in medico-legal issues. She is frequently invited as a faculty member and speaker at conferences, workshops, and seminars, and has authored numerous publications and presentations at various levels.

She is a board-certified guide and mentor for postgraduate students in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
